Kent Simmons, President of Commercial Door Systems was looking for a good way to systemize his team’s workflow around inventory, producing quotations, converting quotes to orders, orders to invoices and posting these invoices to their Quickbooks Enterprise accounting system.

After having earlier tried unsuccessfully to implement a very expensive and complicated system, CDS wanted a system that was as close as possible to the way they did business. According to the CDS team the Envision Customer Order system is exactly what they needed.   

InterBay Building Services is a Florida-based General and Waterproofing contractor that needed to have their payroll time entered on a daily basis.
